REVIEW POLICY

Please read my review policy below before emailing me or requesting a review from me. If the request does not follow the guidelines, I will not respond as I am devoting a lot of my free time to maintaining (reading, updating, designing, etc) this blog and don't have the extra time to go through emails that do not pertain to my blog.

My Reviews

My reviews will always be honest. If I love a book, I will say so, but at the same time if i hate a book, I will say so. My reviews will always say why I loved or hated a book. I will do my very best to be constructive, but I'm also human and like to fangirl too. (*whispers* there'll be lots of gifs, aesthetics, and quotes in my reviews) The bottom line is I'll always be 100% honest. It is too important to me to build trust with the book community and those who choose to visit my blog and read my reviews. I owe it to them. 

My goal is to post my reviews of books within one month of when I read the book. Now I do read alot, so this might not always be feasible. If it is a review book that I requested, the review will definitely be up within a month of the release date. If it is a unsolicited book, I will do my best to post my review within 1 month of the release date if I choose to read the book. This is not a guarantee as life does happen, and I may not have the time to post within this time frame every time.

Review Books

I am currently accepting review copies. I prefer physical arcs, but I will also review kindle arcs. My favorite genres are young adult whether it's fantasy, sci-fi, contemporary, mystery/thriller, romance. I LOVE YA SO MUCH. As for adult books, I prefer fantasy, sci-fi, thrillers, and romance. Just to be clear and cover everything, my least favorite genres in general are historical fiction and non-fiction (although there are exceptions). 

If I request a book, I will be reviewing it as that is the agreement between a book blogger/reviewer and a publishing company and/or author. If I receive a book unsolicited (meaning I did not request it), I am not obligated to review the book or even feature it on my blog unless I choose to do so.

Just some final thoughts...

In compliance with FTC regulations, I am not paid to review books. If I receive an ARC or finished copy from a publisher or an author, it will be disclosed in the review. My reviews are 100% my own opinion regardless of where I received the book from.
